For a start we could hang for TREASON any judge giving citizen rights to NON-CITIZENS, such as corporations which are merely legal fictions created by laws and SUPPOSED TO BE CONTROLLED BY LAWS.
No corporation can go to jail if it commits a crime proving that it has no personhood, so even dumbazz ReTHUGlicans can't be so stupid that they believe that corporations have any more "free speech" than the law which creates them gives to them".
